REDUCINE
Vesicant for the treatment of chronic lesions of the teno-ligamentous and articular apparatus.
COMPOSITION
Pine vegetable tar, hydrogenated soybean oil, potassium iodide.
INDICATIONS
The use of vesicants that temporarily stimulate the advent of inflammatory processes, favors the reabsorption of fluids at the level of traumatic swellings. The aforementioned inflammatory process in fact determines a vasodilation which increases the presence of phagocytic cells and oxygen in the part affected by the trauma. In doing so, an increase in lymphatic flow is also obtained with a positive effect on the lesion. Reducine Absorbent, thanks to the potassium iodide contained in it, exerts a rubefacient effect that favors the reabsorption of edema in the tendon or joint lesion. The use of Reducine Absorbent is therefore recommended in cases of chronic and subacute inflammations rather than in cases of acute inflammation, as in the latter case the increased blood flow would favor the hyperacutization of the ongoing process. This is why the use of this preparation requires experience and preferably a preventive visit to the veterinarian who is able to assess the need and duration of use of the product. Chronic injuries to the joints such as molds, spavenio and exotosis of slight severity, find a quick remedy in the use of Reducine Absorbent as artificial overheating at the point of application of the product is able to reduce lameness resulting from this type of pathologies, especially during the cold season. Reducine Absorbent is able to restore functionality to tissues affected by chronic alterations, in full compliance with physiological processes.
METHOD OF USE
Trim the area to be treated, then apply a small amount of Reducine Absorbent sufficient to moisten the skin. Then rub the product on the skin with a toothbrush. Repeat the treatment daily until the appearance of blisters on the skin and any swelling, then let the part rest. If necessary, for a better application, it is possible to heat the product.
