Thermal block specially designed for hot or cold use. Heat in a microwave for heat treatment. For cold treatment, (recommended after any type of training, sprain, blow or hematoma), cool in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour. Do not apply directly to the skin. Size approx 24x17cm.
