Loyalty Program Regulations for Saddlery Gianetti Points
The more you buy … the more you earn!
Selleria Gianetti thanks its customers for the trust placed in its Points Program.
1. Participation
All customers of the selleriagianetti.com site who have an account can participate in the Points Program.
2. Saddlery Gianetti points
The Saddlery Gianetti Loyalty Program allows you to collect a number of Loyalty Points proportional to the amount of the order for each purchase made on the website www.selleriagianetti.com. The Gianetti Saddlery Points will be credited to your personal account and can only be used according to the terms set out in these conditions of participation. Loyalty Points from other programs cannot be converted into Gianetti Saddlery Points. The balance and the crediting of the Selleria Gianetti Loyalty Points cannot be transferred from one account to another nor be the subject of a financial equivalent. The current balance of the Gianetti Saddlery Points can always be consulted in the personal space “My Account”. Points earned will be rounded down. For example, if the points are 1.5, for rounding down the points will be 1.
3. Earning Gianetti Saddlery Points
The crediting of the Gianetti Saddlery Points takes place automatically when the system has registered the delivery of the order and the relative payment. For every 10 euros spent, you will receive a loyalty point. Additional Gianetti Saddlery Points can also be credited for special offers or events (eg 5 Points on your birthday!)
4. Exclusions from the Loyalty Program
Gianetti Saddlery Points will not be credited for cash on delivery and shipping costs, on items with a purchase price equivalent to € 0.00 (e.g. free samples, gifts, etc.), used vouchers and other special cases, including returns of goods and for orders placed without registration. Selleria Gianetti reserves the right to refuse the accreditation of Points in other cases not mentioned in these conditions or if they are fraudulently credited.
5. Methods of Crediting the Gianetti Saddlery Points
The Gianetti Saddlery Points are credited to the customer account through which the order was placed, when the system recorded the payment and the conclusion of the order. If a customer has several personal accounts, then the Gianetti Saddlery Points will be credited to the respective accounts, without the possibility of transfer.
6. Validity of the Gianetti Saddlery Points
The Gianetti Saddlery Points are valid for one year (the Gianetti Saddlery reserves the right to extend the deadline by reporting it in time on this regulation). If they are not collected within this time, they will be automatically canceled. Minimum order amount to be made in order to use the accumulated Points equal to € 100.
7. Redeem the Gianetti Saddlery Points
Each participant can redeem with a voucher to be used in an order in exchange for Gianetti Saddlery Points (1000 Gianetti Saddlery Points equal to 100 euros), when the balance allows it. Loyalty Points can be redeemed on any normal order.
8. Termination of the Loyalty Program
Selleria Gianetti reserves the right at any time to terminate its loyalty program even before its natural expiry or to replace it with another program.
9. Changes to the Loyalty Program
Selleria Gianetti reserves the right to modify or integrate the conditions of participation, the prizes and the operating procedures of the Loyalty Program at any time. Any changes to these general conditions of participation will be communicated by posting on our website.
10. Deposition of the Regulations
The Regulations of the Selleria Gianetti Loyalty Points can be consulted online on the website www.selleriagianetti.com.
