While the shipment is in transit, with ON DEMAND DELIVERY you can:

• REPROGRAMMING THE DELIVERY ON A MORE COMFORTABLE DATE the recipient can change the delivery date of the shipment if the one initially scheduled does not reflect his needs (max 7 calendar days).
• REQUEST TO KEEP THE SHIPMENT WHILE YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY in case the recipient is absent for holidays, he can take advantage of the opportunity to suspend the delivery for a period of time up to 30 calendar days.
• COLLECT GOODS OR DOCUMENTS FROM ALL DHL POINTS the recipient can indicate the most convenient DHL point as the delivery location, so that he can personally collect the shipment at the time he prefers.
• CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS the recipient can decide to change the delivery location of the shipment, opting for a more convenient address according to the scheduled date.
• LET THE SHIPMENT LEAVE AT THE DOOR OF ENTRANCE the recipient authorizes the courier, in case of his absence, to leave the shipment at his front door (or in another position) without the need for a signature.
